I think this place definitely took...

I think this place definitely took a slow turn for the worse recently. Everything seems very focused on managing throughput, even for VIP customers. I've been here for a few bachelor parties recently and it's amazing how mechanical and disinterested everyone seems. Every step is focused on getting you to buy the most expensive table, then girls (NOT the best-looking ones, but the ones friendly with the bouncer) swarm the area, drink all the alcohol, and with or without obligatory "wanna dance" start hassling you for dances. Then after about half an hour they start bugging you to buy more bottles or moving new people into your private area. I guess the brand name is good enough that they are not concerned about repeat business, which kind of makes sense.

That said, the girls here are still some of the best looking around - best selection you'd find anywhere, especially on the weekend when many of them fly in from LA/Arizona. Also, they do largely attract a slightly classier, even if very aggressive, types of dancers. Once in a while, you do find a rare gem - i.e., a hot girl who's able and willing to sustain a conversation. Another word of warning - due to the crowdedness and bad lighting, a lot of the dancers that look hot initially are actually older than you think. Some of the hotter younger girls probably end up moving to Sapphire's where the lighting is better.

All and all - if you need to impress people on their first big Vegas trip, this is still the place to go. For value and/or pleasant experience, perhaps some of the other places are a way to go.
