I have been to Exotica many times over the years and it has declined steadily over this time. The facility is lacking in maintenance. It has gone from one of my favorite places to have a beer after work, to the point where it is almost uncomfortable, in that you might get rolled in the parking lot. The dancers were okay there were only three on shift two 4's and a solid 7. The lap dances are good, among the best in Portland but they really need to give the place a face lift.
