Passing through Detroit and thought I'd try this club out after reading some of the reviews. I parked along the street across from the club which was free as opposed to the parking lot behind the club. It seemed safe enough and really did not see anyone along the street anyway. Enter the club kind of on the back side away from the street. There was a cover charge but I can't remember how much ($5-10?) You can sit at a booth which costs extra or in the chairs around the stage which is free. A long stage with 2-3 dancers on the stage and bar towards one end of the stage.
Dancers for the most part where 6-8 and probably +20 in the club the best I could tell. I had a couple of dancers approach but hardly had time to take a drink from my beer. I chased the first few away as I wanted to chill for a while. One problem in this club that I can tell is that the many of the dancers latch onto regulars. This is unusual for a club close to the airport to have regulars and there was almost a feel of a local bar/strip club. This made it hard to connect with some of the hotter dancers.
Finally settled for a couple of quick dances with a light skinned gal 6-7. I wanted to test drive her for a few dances to get the feel for her and the club. Went down stairs to a more private curtain booth. I was clear with her that I wanted a couple of dances and nothing more at this point and that I would pay the $20/song. Start off ok but she quickly tried to get my pants down. I asked was this extra but she did not give me an answer. Asked a second time and then stopped her. She said that is $100 because that we more than a dance. I told her no way. Gave her $40 for a song and a half and told her that was it I was done.
