Easily my favorite bar to go to in Tijuana. You might get more value for your dollar at the smaller clubs, but you get significantly better quality girls here. The only other bar that can even compare in quality of girls is Adelita Bar. That said, you will have an easier time getting GFE at the smaller bars because ugler/fatter girls will put out much easier because they're more desperate for your money. That doesn't mean GFE isn't possible in HK, it's just more expensive. In the end, it all comes down to what your preferences are. Are you picky when it comes to looks? Are you super tight with your money? And for clarification, being picky with your money is way different than in TJ than it is in the USA. Some people consider $80 to have sex with a girl at HK a ripoff because you can get a SG in the alley for $30. That said, $80 only gets you four lap dances in American strip club so it might seem like an absolute bargain to anybody who is use to American prices.

Regardless, the club type atmosphere at HK just can't be beat IMO. You can party with the girls and get in the mood before you take them up. Buy them a drink and they sit with you for 5-10 minutes where you can basically fondle them all you like. If you get a good vibe from them, you can buy them a bucket of beer and move to the VIP room where the action can escalate if you're with the right girl. Or you can bypass that and just go straight to the room. It's really your call.

I suggest going on either Thursday or Sunday nights. You get the best selection of girls without it being a sausage fest like it is On Friday and Saturday nights. 90% of the girls can be taken up for $60-80 based on how much work they're getting and your negotiation techniques. Have fun!
