This club has degenerated steadily over the years until it is now a straight-up ghetto experience, I'm sorry to say. I parked in the tiny angle-parking sidelot, walked around to the front door and into a vetsibule where a big Black bouncer looked me over behind glass (bullet-proof?) before opening the door. No cover before 7 pm - that's nice. I walked in to the same old place I used to go to frequently under earlier names, even has the old solid trapeze bar in the ceiling that is the mark of an old "star" of Detroit strippers, Annette "The Monkey" - man, she was something! But that was then and this is now. Ordered my drink and used the john real quick. Same corner behind the worn-out DJ booth, stinking of piss. Went back to my yseat and watched several of the "dancers". All Black, all BIG - an earlier review said all sizes & shapes but I couldn't get past the fact that all the sizes started out Large (XL, XXL, XXXL, and so on). One chick swung by and told me she had to go "clean up" and rest but she'd come back and be "all over" me in a few minutes. Now I can take alot of punishment but I decided any affection from that woman would be too much for me! So I paid my bill and got the Hell out. If you like an all-Black atmosphere, old and dingy interior, and Big Black Beautiful(?) gilrs, this place is for you.
