I make at least three or...

I make at least three or so visits monthly to "The Gun", and the club never fails to disappoint; and sometimes even surprises, as was the case with my latest visit. This is my favorite club, and no other club regionally comes really close. I arrived around 9:45 pm to find the club largely full of patrons and things going full bore. That is a good sign, as in past visits things were not nearly so hopping that early in the evening. Even finding a seat in the club was somewhat difficult. These are the halcyon days for the club, as a great awaiting exists with the new club coming closer day by day. Opening day for the new and improved Shotgun Willies is less than three months away, as the new building starts to take form with the outside of the structure starting to approach completion. Things really will move fast from now on as the inside gets finished and the decor, furnishings, and features get put into place and the outside takes on its final grandeur and opulence. It appears the front door of the club will face Virginia Avenue, instead of Colorado Blvd as the existing club building does now. One consequence of the construction is the tightness of parking availability. I had to park at a distance quite farther than I regularly do, and had to walk in a dark area where one had to watch their step carefully. The departure of the longtime club manager is now been for over eight months and things have settled in very nicely under the new management team. Entertainers and staff seem remarkably motivated and purposeful, and any dissension that may have been bubbling under the surface is now past. I had a few drinks and all was as well as would be expected. Servers were numerous in numbers with plentiful smiles and minimal scanty attire for the most part. I got the sense they had sparkle in their eyes and body language, something which is very good to observe. At a point in the evening I got a very relaxing and satisfying massage from the elegant and classy M who extends tremendous warmth and passion in all her efforts, and has a smile and eyes that leave me just melting on top of all her professional expertise her hands bring. I got to see a few new dancers I not seen before, and several that I have been seeing for differing periods of time. The quality of the entertainers was as usual better than expected with a wide diversity. My favorite was at the end of her day so I only got to see her briefly; hopefully that won't be the case in future visits, but her time at the club is usually in conflict with other obligations I have currently. I saw another longtime favorite P, who looks more outstanding than ever. I am overdue to enjoy her company that she provides so amazingly. The surprise of the evening was to see the Double D Double D identical twins, who had only recently returned back to the club after a long sabbatical they had taken since late 2012. They look fantastic, and greeted me warmly and voraciously. I only wish I was a little younger .... I got some dances from one of the sisters, and she was even more remarkable than I remember. These are truly extraordinary women. Overall a great visit, and this one left me anticipating the ones I will be making even more so in the coming weeks and months.
