In town for business and decided to stop by here about noon. The building is not too hard to find; near Arangers Ballpark and Cowboys Stadium. The building is fairly plain on the outside, with only a sign in the parking lot to indicate the name of the club. Once inside the foyer, the hostess greeted me and told me there were only 3 girls on duty at that time. She took my $3 cover charge and I went inside.
The club was dark, but the decor was also dark so maybe it was just me. The stage was situated along the west wall, and was not very deep, but was very wide, almost the length of the club. The center section of the stage has a rope barricade to keep the customers at least 6' away rom the dancers per a city ordinance. The side area of the states is ot roped off, and it looks like that's the only place the dancers can receive tips since there are numerous signs around stating that it is a violation to "tip an employee who is in a state of nudity or undress", or be within 6' of them either. There are a few pool tables along the east wall, and the bar runs north-south between the stage & the pool tables. The back side of the bar is raised to get a better view of the stage as you sit there. The tables are typical small, round club table, with 4 chairs at each, spaced close together. The stairs are high-backed, winged chairs, and feel a bit awkward as you sit in them.
When I first arrived, there was Tejano music playing. That, combined with the very thick Hispanic accent of the hostess, the several customers & other staff speaking Spanish, and numerous flags from Central & South American countries, makes me think the club caters to this demographic. The next couple of songs were country, followed by some rock music. So perhaps I'm wrong on that part.
