I hadn't been here in quite some time, but I was in the area, and Thursdays they have a great VIP deal, as everyone in the hobby knows, so I dropped in for a while. This place has really become a popular Thursday afternoon spot! Although there were more than 20 dancers, there were way more customers, and they weren't just sitting around watching, they were getting dances. True, mostly they were getting 3-4-$20 topless dances (which is a great value but not much income for the poor girl who has to do the dancing -- I hope these guys at least tip generously), but there were plenty of nude dance customers (about 5.5 minutes for $40, which is less than $20 a song, way better than the rates in a typical club, so also a great value), and the VIP rooms were hopping as well. The clientele seemed more the lower end of the financial human chain, but I guess that area lends itself to that.

The place is not kept up well at all. It is a nice place, though small, but it feels seedy and run-down (not like for example 4-Play in LA, which has never had a re-model, but is kept in tip-top condition). The VIP area is also sketchy, with torn couches, etc. They really should invest some cash in that department. The stage is nice, and well-lit -- they have a lighting system which comes from a lower angle than usual at the dancer, which gives the audience better visibility (since we guys sit kinda under the dancer), a nice touch. The DJ is great. He has a great personality and sense of humor, he is very accommodating to the customers and the girls. They all seem to like him a lot; they always have a little conversation before they get up to dance, and he seems to make them happy with the song choices and lighting preferences. He has this subdued Al Jolson type of voice, which works well when you need to hear him while a song is playing, and he is very adept at controlling the music / voice balance, as well as the overall volume and EQ of the music.

The dancers were mostly 8-9s, and even the one not-so-pretty one (a little older and chubbier than she should be) was such a great dancer, with really erotic pole moves, that I almost took her for a dance (almost!) in spite of her shortcomings. Overall the girls were pretty friendly, and I took quite a few for nude dances, where the mileage varied but was always at least decent (some girls offered "extras", but I wasn't interested). Some girls were not friendly at all, but they mostly stayed in their break room, coming out only to do their stage shows when called (some of those were pretty hot).
