I hadn't been there since before...

I hadn't been there since before the shut down and remodeled way back when. Came for a business lunch a couple weeks ago with an old friend and his new partner. This had always been one of my favorite places. Atmosphere was always very friendly and laid back. The remodeling did not impress me too much. It looks almost exactly the same. New bar area in the front, and some new Christmas light style things on the walls, that's about it really. Very few dancers for lunch that day. And they weren't as good looking as usual. But it was pretty slow. Overall it's familiar, well located, still laid back, still friendly, still a little too dim, and still has a lot of great potential. The food was outstanding. Just not a lot of ppl or entertainers there on this weekday afternoon.
