Classy Place and great place to go for lunch only $4.99 The GIRLS ARE HOT and the beer is cold. Penthouse impressed me and a friend and I had a wonderful time without spending too much money. A pretty classy lady who said she just started a few weeks ago decided to join us at our table while we enjoyed the steak lunch. Drinks were average strip club prices. The club has a Vegas feel to it on the inside. We did not have time to try private dances. If you are looking for someplace clean not to far from St. Louis head over the river to Penthouse and you will be glad you did. Definitely will be back to see more.
