This review is for Headlights OBX, with is located in Point Harbor about an hour from the sister club in Elizabeth City. I submitted a new club request a few days ago in anticipation of my visit, but so far it has not shown up in the club list.

The club (formerly called Mermaids before it closed a few years ago) is owned by the same management as the Elizabeth City Club and several in Virginia. Currituck County has fought a thus far losing battle to close it permanently.

The club is located at the Currituck peninsula end of the Wright Memorial Bridge that connects to the Northern Outer Banks. The entrance is fairly well marked. Presently, the club is open Wednesday through Saturday 8pm to 3 am )probably less in the off season).
