Went on a Saturday night and this night the Lansing club was host to an annual lap dance competition known as Melonfest. There were lots of dancers in the club. Probably close to 50. Clubs from around the area - Kalamazoo, Saginaw, Toledo, Flint, Ypsilanti, and the home Lansing club have teams of 5 to 7 girls. They compete for the highest number of dances. Team and individual awards.

In general, the teams put out their best talent so there was some fine looking ladies available. One could get ridiculously good dance deals from the motivated dancers. Seems they were out after the overall title, which does carry a nice cash prize, rather that making money on dances. Several girls offered 3 for $25. Normal price of $20 EACH.

I sampled a variety of girls. Most offered ample 2-way touching but not much else. The club was full but not packed. There was a time when this event would bring in so many customers it was SRO. No longer the case. The fact is, this is a generally a relatively clean club and since Detroit is so close, anything can be had for the same price as a 30 minute VIP in the 517.
