Did this place get in trouble...

Did this place get in trouble recently? I went on a Friday night with a friend of mine and there were a handful of girls walking around and one on stage. None of the girls were sitting with customers and no one was getting lap dances. It had a very weird vibe. I called one latin girl over that was cute but she didn't speak any english. The waitress was cute and I had a good time chatting her up, but the dancers were MIA. Not sure what to make of it. I'll be back because I usually have a decent time here with a good mix of girls.
