I called ahead to verify there's no cover & was told that it's always free before 8, though I've read elsewhere it's 7. When I got there the selection wasn't great -- certainly not what I was expecting but it was still really early (7ish). There were some women up there that I wouldn't expect to see in Manhattan.

The dollar parade is pretty aggressive -- I think I spent about $20 in about 30 minutes of sitting at the bar. The corona light cost $9 either, which was a bit more than I remember from the last time a few years back.

By right around 8 I saw a pretty amazing Hungarian girl sitting with one of her regulars who kept buying her drinks. When she was finished on the stage & making her rounds, I tipped her & asked her if she's available for a dance. She said yes and we went right up. Oddly, her senior citizen regular also came upstairs and sat across from us with another girl, but the whole time watching her give me a dance. It was still a good dance, & I didn't mind really mind the weird dude sitting around but she seemed really self conscious. After three dances, I happily paid & she seemed apologetic & asked if everything was okay. I really didn't give a shit -- I came to get a dance & I did.
