Men's Club is a favorite of a buddy of mine's, and every now and then I have to humor him, y'know? So we hit the club on a Saturday night, my least favorite time to step foot into a place like this because it's always overrun and hard to get and more importantly keep the attention of any particular dancer. So no surprises when we found ourselves seated behind a group of frat boys -- isn't it summer time guys, aren't you supposed to be somewhere else? Lot of noise but nobody tipping. The place does its part to be upscale and pulls it off okay, but I didn't connect with any of the dancers, more because of the atmosphere than anything. The extra cost the trappings require kind of put me off as well. Next time we'll hit my favorite instead, where the prices are lower and we're not fighting for attention. But others may love this atmosphere.
