This review is based on multiple visits over the past year or so.

Basics: valet parking but plenty of nearby parking at the adjacent hotels if you want to walk 50 yards. The Wyndham and the Ramada on each side are easy options. $5-$10 to get in. Seems to depend on the night. Monday-Weds they have $10 dances and 2-4-1 drinks until 8pm. There are typically only 3-6 girls on the early day shift - they tend to be a notch below the night shift. From my experience, the night shift will also give you the better dances.

Nights it starts to get crowded around 10 and there are typically 15-20 girls working the floor. When in Tampa, this is my preferred club to visit from late evening thru close. For the most part, the girls are personable and are happy to sit and drink/talk/etc... I just throw in some occasional dances or slide them a $20 every now and then. Look for Sasha and her sister Yaya - two long time dancers that are always fun.
