This was my first visit to Gold Club. Location better than I had feared. It's in downtown, which felt pretty safe. You do walk down an alley, but there's a doorman outside the club, and it's a short walk from the main street, with no vagrants loitering in the alley. Felt safe to me. Use Applebee's as the key to your destination.

It was pretty low key on Sunday night. No dancer on stage when all the customers were with girls, but as soon as I walked in they got a dancer going. I met a nice thin black chick. We chatted; she was nice, and seemed smart. We went back for a couple of 30s. She kept my hands above her waist, but used her hands nicely. No extras offered, but a nice experience.

It's a good place; I'll return next time I'm in downtown Phillie.
