Good old Alameda strip is a club that me and a couple co-workers frequent every couple weeks after work. It's a bikini bar, as everyone else has mentioned, with decent prices on drinks. Parking is $5, just pay it because there isn't much in the way of safe street parking around here. $10 bikini dances are a draw for some, but we just come here to have a bucket of beers and let off steam after work. Dancers (and pl's for that matter) are almost exclusively hispanic which may be a plus if you are into that. Generally just a chill place, basically a neighborhood bar with the addition of bikini dancers. If you are looking for a more traditional strip club, this might not be the place for you, but if you just want a place to share some drinks while enjoying the view then come through.
