This was my second attempt to have a good experience in Houston. Arrived and paid the $20 cover, was then told if I wanted to get lap dances I needed a "VIP wrist band" for $15. Even if these wrist bands are on special, all they seem to do is let the more aggressive dancers target you as soon as you walk in the door. The club was in reasonable condition, was not too dark, but the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks.

I made the mistake of not bringing anything to drink with me which might have made the experience more enjoyable. The stage set up was completely foreign to me, there were no seats at the stage and customers have to go up to the stage and tip. I witnessed some customers tip once then hang around the stage for the whole song. There were a couple high quality girls (7 or 8s), but most of the girls just didn't do it for me. I did finally take an older Polynesian dancer with big fake boobs back to the VIP on the promise of extra mileage, but got an immediate upsell. Had similar experience with another dancer before I decided to just call it a night and give up.
