Arrived at Paper Moon about 11:30 PM Saturday evening. The club has a strange sort of model type runway configuration with folding chairs around that sort of inhibits both dancing and tipping at the stage and is too far from the bar to take in any of the sights which weren't as sightly as one would hope the evening I was there. Filling in around the runway are lounge type chairs with tables and a wrap around "wall bench" along the perimeter on your left and a three sided bar to your right. Ten dollars in, five dollar beers, ten dollar public couch dances, $25 dollar "VIP" dances and $200 (quickly discounted to $125) champagne room or whatever else it is that they call it. Interestingly enough to access the later two areas one walks right onto the stage to get there. Had both. The $25 VIP was reasonably good and my hostess convinced me that the step up would be well worth the difference in price, alas it wasn't. It was a complete waste of time.
Maybe for a 14 year old 30 minutes of dry humping may be a good time and to be fair the hostess did give a good grind but with a strict no touch policy your better off getting sticking with the 10 dollar dances because there is no difference. Thankfully there are better options close by
