One of the interesting things about the Block is how quickly things change. A few months ago, I found the PC was -- despite efforts to upgrade the physical layout -- going downhill in terms of dancer quality.

But again as with certain block bars, more and more I'm finding it more important WHEN you go. For example, the Red Room next door can be fine during the day, and turn into unattractive MILF city at night. The PC is now the same -- the day time shift is simply not worth the effort. Yes, you may get lucky here and there, but usually you'll find the same case of characters, and not very attractive at that.

Having said that, Sat. evening the past couple of times has consistently been good (not great, but good). Last time, at least 4 attractive, non-zoned out girls who were willing to give good lap dances and were even sorta fun to talk to. As usual, too much upselling for VIP, but even here, if you indicated you weren't interested (I usually try to put that off for a couple of songs, but obvious reasons), there's no attitude or complaining.
