I stopped in a couple weeks ago. I often go to Landing Strip for the good contact dances and playful activity at the rack. Although the bar and dancers are not great quality, there is usually a gem there, perhaps not the prettiest or the best dancer, but somebody to give good value in the dance area. This trip, however, was a complete bust.

None of the dancers were enticing. Way subpar in looks. No enthusiasm at the rack. No effort to separate me from my $20s. This is especially disappointing because, once committed to the Landing Strip, there is not another alternative club nearby -- not like, say, Rose City, where there are several alternatives along the same street.

I still think Landing Strip is worth checking if going to the airport anyway. Drinks are reasonably priced and strong, and sandwiches are decent. There is nothing else there for a patron if he girls are not attractive, though.
