This club remains one of the top options in NYC. Cover is $10 after 7, free before then. The club is in just OK shape, but it is relatively clean and you could do much worse. For NYC, drinks are reasonably priced, with beers ranging around 7 per bottle.

In terms of girls, it's mostly Russian, with black, latina and some asian interspersed. Because the club is a bit away from the Manhattan chaos, everyone generally has a more laid back vibe vs. pure business approach. LD's are $20 a pop in the upstairs area, but when it gets crowded they are done on the floor as well. Stage dances are at the bar area, and after each dancer's turn, they do the walk around the bar for tips. Customary to tip $1, but it goes surprisingly quick if you hang out at the bar for a while.

Highly recommended for NYC, and even though it's in Queens, it's just a couple stops outside the city. Thumbs up.
