I visited The Grandview in May...

I visited The Grandview in May 2013 for a friend's bachelor party on a Saturday night. $20 cover charge just to get in. It is standard BYOB and we actually just brought a keg in, which worked well (they have a whole room with a shelf going along the wall to put your drinks etc on). The alcohol room was a bit messy but the actual club (dance area, VIP, bathrooms) were very clean and welcoming. We scoped out the dancers and inquired a bit about prices, and as many other reviewers have stated, it's $20 a dance/song (typically 3-5 min) with a usual tip of $20. When I was there, tips were certainly not "required" but it seemed to be the norm to tip at least $10. We did find if you tipped up front the dances were much better quality, which is sensible from a business standpoint. Music was solid, good mix and good sound quality. Audience was your standard bachelor parties mixed with regulars mixed with couples and a few 1-offs (meaning not sure how to classify them).

I've been to quite a few strip clubs, including Spearmint Rhino in Vegas and many other high ranking clubs, and I must say, the QUALITY of the Dancers was out of this world for The Grandview. All girls were 8's or higher, and two were solid 10's. You don't see this at most clubs, and since I'm more of a quality guy, I can't give enough accolades to this club. I can't remember the specific "10" girls names, but I'm assuming they were some of the same girls others have mentioned in previous reviews. Lots of girls with really tight/hot bodies, and some curvy girls too for those of you who like that. All the girls I spoke with carried conversation well and were very professional and nice. I can't really think of anything negative to say about the dancers--I didn't experience any of the Tip harassing some of the other reviewers mentioned.

If you like hot girls with hot bodies and are OK with spending $30-$40 for a single dance, go here. The cost is absolutely worth it for the quality, hands down.
