Flashdancers is conveniently located in midtown. I've been here twice, once on a Friday night and once on a Saturday night - both times the club was pretty full. The club is actually located underground, so when you enter you walk down a flight of stairs. In terms of the layout, there is a center stage where about 2-3 girls dance at once (5 minute rotations). Behind the stage there are tables (looks like a lot of bachelor parties have their tables here). The front of the stage is lined with stools/chairs. Also in front of the stage, but closer to the bar, there is a row of chairs. To the right and left of the stage there are two larger open areas. In these areas there are tables/chairs where anyone can sit down. In these same areas, along the wall, are sofas where the lap dances take place. The club is pretty dark, so even though the dances are in the open, it seems relatively private.

In terms of cost, there is a $20 cover. There is also a one drink minimum. I think beers are $13 each. The dances and shoulder massages are $20 each. The dances did last a bit longer than I expected to. It's not just one dance per one song. Some dancers might give a longer dance than others - so be aware of that. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of touching allowed. Most girls will let you touch a decent amount - though not the private areas. And the girls are hot! This is probably the biggest draw of the club. The girls are all 8s 9s, and 10s. Most tend to be from eastern europe, but there is also a sprinkling of asians, hispanics, and blacks.
