I made my first visit in...

I made my first visit in a good while to L&L in Gastonia recently. For the first time ever, the club did not charge a cover! I always thought it was ridiculous for them to charge a $10 daytime cover when higher scale nearby clubs like Platinum Plus charge $3.

I get buzzed into the club and sit at the bar. A dancer immediately attaches herself to me, which was fine I suppose as there were only 3 dancers working that day. This dancer was definitely high on something and kept rambling on about how slow business had been, can't make money, etc. etc. Looking around there were no better options, so I just ordered a drink and let her ramble. Outside of the free admission, I saw nothing that had changed about the club. They still have the $5 table dances, a DJ that tries to make sure nobody has any fun, but fortunately he takes a lot of breaks.

I've been going to the club for a long time and have had some great fun here, but presently it seems to be a pretty sad place, especially during the day. You won't find any lookers her but you can't beat the $5 lap dances.
