I have not been to La Chambre for at least twenty years so ,of course, things have changed. The bar is on the left and the stage is on the right as you walk in. Dancers run the range (this night) from 5-8. Drinks were reasonable and the service was fast,odd for a club. The vibe here is more neighborhood bar than a fake upscale "gentlemens " club. Probably helps keep the prices down. Several ladies came up to me and I was just passing through so all we did was talk but there was no pressure and no upsell going on. Compared to several of the detroit/Romolus/Inkster clubs I can see being a little more comfortable here. Cover was $5.00 and I did not negotiate for anything else. My impression is that if you are clean cut you will probably spend less here than at other local clubs. The girls were actually pleasant to talk to and very low key.As an earlier review notice it is an international crew and that gives you good variety. A little Spanish goes a long way here. I will go back.
