Had not been to this place...

Had not been to this place in years and it seemed smaller....maybe remodeled or the space cut in half somehow...there's a small bar when you walk in with a small stage with space enough for one dancer; you can go through a doorway to a larger room that has a stage that can fit up three dancers comfortably. At 5:30PM on a Wednesday I was surprised that there were almost only a handful of customers...none in the front bar and only several in the main room. The one dancer in the outer bar was bored, understandably, but didn't particularly rouse herself when I bought a beer and sat down to watch her. So I moved on to the inner room. The dancers onstage were moderately attractive but very uninspired. Maybe it was the sparse crowd, but still a little more energy is reasonable to expect. After dancing on stage, dancers would come around to tables, some accepting invitations for a drink....probably to hustle a private dance. I didn't see anything worth pursuing so after about a half hour I left. Maybe you'd have to be there later at night but on the basis of this visit--with a $5.00 cover and a $9 beer--I am not motivated to return.
