Sapphire is a great go to and you can't be disappointed. Good quality girls in a very spacious club. At the Las Vegas hotels you can usually get a cab to take you there for free with cover - defiantely recommend going this route if you are in town. The limo offer they have takes time to arrange so there is little point when you can just grab a cab and go. The only thing I would avoid maybe is the VIP dances, you end up paying more to go into the back room that basically looks the same as outside. Nothing really special.

And beware the cab drivers if you are leaving and appear intoxicated, they may try to take a route that involves passing by and selling you massage parlours
