First off, this is the only club that is reasonably close to the Cardinals Stadium (officially called University of Phoenix Stadium, but what a DUMBASS name for a pro football stadium - so embarrassing) so if you're going to be in town for a Cards game, this is the only close club. The inside is quite nice, and the owners have gone to great lengths to make this a more upscale style club with good food, clean bathrooms and a "big club" feel with high ceiling and an upstairs "VIP" lounge area (not to be confused with the VIP dance area on the main floor. I was there on a Wednesday afternoon, and it was very quiet. That doesn't mean it wasn't enjoyable - in fact in ways that made it more enjoyable. The girls range from 5-9, with most of the 5 or 6 working in the 6 range. But because it wasn't crowded, they were very willing to sit and talk without any pressures to do dances. Lap dances are $10 on the side seats and back bench seats. I had a couple and they were excellent, but I knew the dancer so can't guarantee you'll get the same quality. VIP dance area is $20 for an all day entrance pass, and $20 / dance. Didn't do it, so can't say anything about it except that I heard days are better than nights in the VIP.
