This club just never gets my top vote in Huntsville. I'm always going back eventually but it's never my favorite club. The club is kind of small with a large stage with 2 poles. There's another stage on the back area going up to VIP but that's usually a reserved area they get people to pay extra just to sit there. They serve beer and they are very reasonably priced -- $3 before 7; $4 after 7; so as far as drinking goes no complaints with the exception that there is no full bar. Most of the girls here wear nipple latex which is annoying as hell and keeps me away sometimes. This is the only club in the greater Huntsville area they do it in and I have no earthly idea why. One dancer gave me a health code excuse but I didn't buy it. Stage dancing is typical of Huntsville but seeing peeks of pussy are almost unheard of (I'm a big fan of full nude so not seeing the kitty is a drag). And it's the VIP area where this club lags behind the others. Dances are $25 which is the norm, but rarely can you see, touch, or do anything under the G string. Everything else is typical of the Huntsville area -- good contact, good grinding but nothing incredible (I guess it beats the air dances that happen in some other areas). Perhaps YMMV but I've had less fun here than anywhere else of the 4 clubs I frequent (OK with the exception of Jimmy's since Wal-Mart opened where they have the Gestapo watching every dance). The waitresses here are really cool and always make the trip worthwhile. If you like reasonably priced cold beer and hot girls to look at then The Pony is great. But if, like me, you prefer a great VIP experience, I would recommend Visions for the quality of VIP dances (hooray kitty!) or Wild Cherry for the $75 15 minute VIP (just avoid the booth with the camera on it). Both are more fun than The Pony and none of that damn nipple latex to get in the way!
