I drove to the Dells from Madison strictly to find a club with better contact than the ones in Madison. I was disappointed. The rules here are the same as everywhere else I've found in Wisconsin, ie the girls grind to varying degrees but the customer can't touch (chest, ass, belly, etc -- legs obviously a different story sometimes). The club was bad in other ways too: 1) basically a trailer. It is dingy and depressing. 2) the dancers don't put on a great show (small stage not really a focal point). 3) no chairs around tables only stools and hightop tables which makes it difficult to get close to the girls in the pre-dance stage. 4) most importantly, the girls were blah to hideous. 10ish girls during prime time, and only one could make a case for being attractive. One girl I talked to had a bad case of meth mouth.

You'll obviously make your own decisions, but I recommend never coming here. Save your money and your time, this is one of the worst clubs I've seen.
