So after a long day of...

So after a long day of traveling, a co-worker and I decided to check this place out. We had gone out the night before to The Hi-Liter and Bourbon Street and wanted to see some of the other talent this city had to offer. Cover was $10 and the place was pretty dead. It's a rather large building, so it seemed even more desolate. For about the first half hour, there seemed to be more waitresses than dancers. Then one of the girls came by and started explaining things. We needed to get wristbands for $20 then we were allowed to go upstairs where the dancers liked to hang out because the dances started at $20 rather than the $10 floor variety. This girl convinced my coworker to go upstairs and they were gone for about half an hour. He came back and told me about some of the different offers ($90 for 3 dances in a more private area, $200 for a half hour, etc). Then the girl that took him upstairs came by and I asked if she could find the girl I had my eye on earlier. Apparently that girl had just left so I was content with drinking my $5 beers and hanging out some. In steps an attractive, aggressive blonde girl and she talks me into the half hour. So I spend $20 on the wrist band and am prepared to spend $200 for the half hour. Then I find out that the $200 is hers, and the "room" which is just a curtain that doesn't close at all and a couch is rented for an additional $75. I'm okay with this and the money was well spent. When our time is up, I see that my coworker is just about to start his half hour so I re-up with my girl. Not a bad night, but can get expensive quickly
