If you want to get the true impression of a place go mid-week, either afternoon or night. I went to Zachary's in the dead of winter on a Tuesday night. My first impression was that the place is a dump. It seemed very dirty as I walked in near the pool room. However, the stage is unique. It is at the same level of the chairs next to it and the girls are too far away to get close to you. Also, the bouncers were dicks. One guy told me not to rest my feet on the stage. Sorry buddy, I didn't build the place but it just seems so natural to put your feet up with the way this place is set up.

Also, the dancer's were gross. Of the three girls I saw one was so boney I couldn't stop thinking about Karen Carpenter. "We've only just begun, to live, white lace and promises..." Needless to say, I had two beers and left. Maybe a summertime trip will change my point of view, but as for now that's my story and I am sticking to it.
