I've made a couple more trips to the Millstream over the past several weeks. I give it a 8 ranking, but I am limiting the comparison to similar competition - topless clubs (clear pasties at present). All things considered, I prefer full-nudity and high-contact laps. The place looks good and has great food. The dancers are friendly and often sit and chat when waiting for their turn on stage. They do have private dances now ($25 per 3 min song) - I had one a few weeks back. Completely hands off and limited dancer contact. The girls are very upfront about the rules so there is no scam here. Very pretty girls with good attitudes make stage tipping worthwhile. My current favorites are Heather, Sandi, Mia and Skye. Many miss the old Millstream - pre remodeling. I think that same vibe is still there. You just have to be a somewhat-regular to feel it.
