Had the pleasure of returning to Portland (Oregon) for business. Staying at the Marriott downtown I was close enough to Club Rogue to walk and did so, so I can't comment on the parking situation at all. I did not see a lot or any valet parking offer/signs, so I think if you drive you are on your own. The cover charge here is $5. Come early and they have no cover charge, too. The bar is a full bar with pricing that is pretty good for Portland. Beer starts at $5 for a Bud. The decor is good here. Music is not too loud. All the tables and seating are clean and modern. You can get food here. I did not order any, but it looked to be decent and was not expensive at all.

Dancer quality here is very good. Somewhere around 15 dancers when I came in, all 7+. Same as when I was here last year, glad to see the quality has not declined. Dances remain $20. Officially there is no two-way contact allowed, but it depends on the dancer. First lap dance was with a petite brunette and it was not that great. Contact was low, only had one with her. A little later I went for a dance with a tall, DD blonde and it was much better. One dance turned into two. Great contact and she allowed a little touching on the boobs. Two dances turned into three, and then into four. The downside to the dance area is that the lap dances aren't in a private area at all. The DD blonde dancer said there was a private room available, but the cost for 15 minutes was $250 and I wasn't looking to spend that much.

Overall, a great experience at Club Rogue and a recommended club if you are in Portland.
