My husband and I decided to come to Show Palace on Saturday, June 8 after the Belmont Stakes. It was an easy commute from midtown Manhattan. We just took the F train to 21st St-Queensbridge and the club is about a 5 minute walk down the street. You can't miss it. It's brightly lit with big, burly bouncers outside. The first downside was that they charged $20 cover for me. As a woman, I rarely, if ever, pay a cover at strip clubs. The second downside is that because it's a nude strip club, they don't sell alcohol. They do have non-alcoholic beer and wine, water, Red Bull, etc, but I recommend you come already tipsy. We got there around 9pm and there was hardly anyone there. The ratio of stripper to patron was about 5-1. The strippers were mostly attractive, ranging from 5-7 in appearance. Lots of black strippers, which my husband loves, 1-2 white strippers, and a handful of Hispanic girls. The majority of strippers put on a hell of a show when they were on the stage. The things they would do for a dollar was awesome. We didn't stay very late, maybe until about midnight, but I definitely intend to return. Based on how the girls were on the stage, I would love to have a private dance next time.
