Decided to try out what was at one time one of my 3 favorite clubs in So Cal. Hadn't been in a while, so I wanted to see if the sketchy reports I'd heard of it going downhill were true. Well, unfortunately, it seems to be true.

I went in early on a Wednesday afternoon. The first thing that struck me was the low quality of dancers. Maybe I just hit a bad day, but I kept looking around for a decent dancer, hoping an eye-popper might emerge from the dressing room, but there just weren't any. A lot of overweight, unattractive, mostly Latina dancers who I really wasn't interesting in getting a dance from.

Now DJVCOI used to be a place where you could get inexpensive ($10) and very high mileage laps from some surprisingly hot dancers. Maybe I just wasn't feeling the place or wasn't in the mood but after about 15 minutes I was ready to bolt and try out some other clubs. And to top it off, some of the dancers were suffering from that incredibly annoying habit of sitting off in a corner with their heads buried in their cellphones. DAMN I wish management would confiscate all cellphones from all the dancers. It's just incredibly rude and frustrating.
