From the outside, this is a small, unassuming place that blends in with surrounding buildings. Parking is limiting and can be difficult, but worth it. Have been there 5 times, with 4 great experiences and one a bit of a disappointment (although still not really bad).

When you first enter, the lobby has an assortment of lingerie for sale, and several models sitting in the lobby (or they enter soon after you arrive). You are greeted by a receptionist that explains the deal to you. You select a girl to model for you, and pay a fee that depends on how long of a private modeling session you want with her. I usually go for 30 minutes for $50, but shorter or longer times are available. The girl then takes you back to a private "room." I used quotes because it's really just an area walled off by tall partitions. It's still private, since you'd have to be about 8 feet tall to see over them. The room is small, with a couch (love seat sized, kind of ironic). The rooms are clean, but I do wonder a bit about that couch.

The girl leaves for a few minutes to let you get comfortable. She then returns to model for you. Tipping is up to you, but the more you tip, the more enjoyable the session. I usually tip well, so am not sure what you would get for no tip or anything less than about $50-100. Most of the girls are pretty up front about what they offer, but only after you are in the private room. Most are willing to provide FS (covered) for the right tip, but a few don't. Unfortunately, you have to get to the private area before you find that out. Even then, they show you a good time. All the girls II've seen there are safe, and keep it covered. There could be some that live more dangerously, but I've never met them.

Every time I've been there, the girls are at least moderately attractive. Never seen any below 5 or 6, and there's usually at least one 7 or better around. Most range from early 20's to 30, with a variety of body types. Bras from A to DD. There's usually at 3 or 4 working, with more at times (particularly nearing shirt change). Due to the small number working at any specific time, the choices available may be limited, particularly if they are busy. If you are looking for a very specific type (say you can only get off on DD cups with a 25 inch waist), she might not be there. But if you are a little more flexible, you are likely to have an enjoyable time.
