The Blockist strays from his home port of Baltimore about once a year to commune with Motown buddies. This wasn't his first visit to Hthe8, remembering that each visit was less satisfying than the last. The Blockist came prepared to relive past disappointments, and the dancer quality certainly lived down to his expectations. However, he decided to spend some time checking for possible hidden wheat among the chaff - after all, no club can stay in business with a long history of disappointed customers and no underlying hidden value - right? Apparently, wrong!

The Blockist decided to take the less ugly option up on her offer of infinite pleasure at a reasonable price. Only two issues - the price was high and the pleasure could be rated in the low 1's. Man-O'-the-World that the Blockist has tended to see himself, his willingness to go along with a joke was tested severely as he attempted to find some redeeming value in the experience - without success. In-depth discussion of personal issues started the downward spiral (the Blockist seems to invite personal disclosure - maybe the honest face?) and the cursory attention to customer sat brought the proceedings even lower until finally he decided to end the torture - notwithstanding the 10-dance elapsed time at $20/dance and the request for a tip!

Probably should have stuck with the old reliable Bogart's...
