IF you have read any of my past reviews, you know that I am no fan of the Spearmint Rhino in City of Industry. After one of my disappointing experiences there, I decided to take my remaining cash for the day over to Paradise Showgirls because I had driven by it a number of times and had always been curious. I found out that there are a lot of negatives about this club, but the dancers are almost all willing to go an extra mile.

The club location seems fine by my standards because it is located in a strip mall right off a main road. I got there around 2 PM and admission was $10 with a required $5 drink which is fairly standard for clubs in the area at this time. There were about 5 other guys in the club, and 6-10 dancers on shift. While there were no dancers that were a 9 or 10 in my opinion there were no 4's or 5's either. It was a solid lineup of 6,7, and 8's. On a side note, I would have to say that with the re-model that other people are talking about, the club is too lit up. I do not want to me able to easily across an entire club to the point where I can identify facial features.

As for the drink hussle, every time a dancer came up to me or I went back for a dance, the waitress returned to ask if I wanted to buy the lady a drink. I declined politely every time, and while the hassle was a bit annoying, I got the feeling that her boss was watching her like a hawk and it was more his fault than hers. He's one of those bosses that likes to awkwardly stroll around the entire club the whole time which can make things a bit uncomfortable. It was also a bit disappointing that this waitress, the only waitress on duty, was probably over 35 and wearing jeans and a black tank top. She was not terrible looking for her age, but I would still prefer a young hot thing showing some skin.
