Like other posters have stated, this has a real pub feel to it. Lots of drinking, noise and sports on TV. The girls are generally pretty good looking, outgoing and approachable. Dances on the couch include some subtle grinding, but the customers are told hands off and management watches. But it is a pretty high energy place and the girls can hold a conversation, and if not busy, will spend time and attention on patrons.
