It was a bit stormy outside...

It was a bit stormy outside so I thought I would kill a few hours at PP. Cover is still $3.00. When I entered the club there was no one on any of the three stages and most of the dancers were sitting together at tables near the bar to the left as you walk in. I always like to sit in the bar area to the right because it is more quiet than on the floor where the speakers just blare out loud music. I sat for a while and even though there were two waitresses no one took my drink order for a good 20 minutes. I finally had to go up to the bar and order my own drink. I heard the DJ announce the next dancer as Cee Cee, which got my hopes up that it would be one of my old favorites, but it was a different girl - I guess they recycle names. After I got my drink a skinny blonde spinner approached me. She was pretty but not my type. After some small talk she asked if I wanted a dance - I asked how much and she said $40.00. I asked if she would give me a "volume discount" and she said 2 for 60 so I declined. Prices seem to be pushing higher but I still won't pay more than 2 for $40. I hung out a bit longer hoping that more girls would arrive and around 6 PM I noticed a bunch go girls in street clothes wandering in. None looked that great so I called it a day. Bottom line is that PP is hit or miss but with happy hour prices you can get a good mixed drink for around $5.00 and look at semi-naked girls so it is still worth the cover.
