It had been quite a awhile since I last was at Pleasures. My last visit was approximately 2 years. I was hoping things had changed. Unfortunately, same old, same old. Unfortunately, in Wichita, your choices are limited. It is not that the dancers are fuglies...some are really hot. However, it is almost unwritten rule that personality and friendliness are discouraged. The dancers go up and dance. Pleasures has 5 stages (most are quite small). However, after dancing, they rarely work the floor with the exception of asking for tips. In my opinion, they should be put in a little more investment in terms of time and their final take would be in a lot more.

During this visit, I did not have a lap dance. However, there weren't that many I would choose anyway (again, with a few exceptions). Drinks were reasonable for strip clubs in Wichita (approx. $5 for 7 & 7). The club is not huge. It is located in Southwest Wichita not far from major highway. The lighting is fairly dark (a lot like Jezebels in Wichita if you have been there). One good thing is that they let in military, aircraft workers for free. Recently, they also started waiving cover if you had a casino card from the local casino.

Although Jezebels probabably has a little better looking girls than Pleasures, they both suffer from same problems. Little mileage coupled with little personality from the dancers. My recommendation is that you make the extra 1 hour or even 2 1/2 hour drive (to Salina or Lawrence). You will get better mileage and a more friendly experience.
