Been an off and on day...

Been an off and on day visitor to Crazy Horse east for a few years. I agree with some of the comments suggesting disappointing changes to the club in the last 6 months or so. This is a medium sized club for the area but has always had a variety of dance options. On the main floor off to the stage, there is a quality lap dance room, 20$ per song. A back stage area is rarely open during in the day, but past that stage and upstairs there are more VIP rooms. Back there, there are two types: the large curtained rooms (see thru curtain) that can be had for 30 minutes or an hour, and directly across from the curtain rooms are larger sectioned rooms with hall type entrances, so it’s more private than the curtains. As well, the VIP Wee room in the back has been renovated, all of these VIP rooms come with comfortable couches, tables, and TVs (for whatever that is worth). So far so good.

As a previous review mentioned, one bad thing in the last 6 months has been dancer turnover, some good ones left. However, a number of the new (daytime) talent still offers variety and skill. The problem is that with the renovations have come cameras everywhere and an overall tougher disposition when it comes to client-dancer fun. Why the nipple tape when other clubs in the area don’t require it? And cameras? This simply says to loyal customers: we don’t respect you and we don’t care that you spend your hard earned money for a little privacy. And if there is some good reason for this, like trouble in the VIP rooms or such (which I have not heard about), then comprise in other areas, like, lower dance costs or create other options for dancers and clients. Or hell, how about ask the clients what they think before making the changes?

All in all, Crazy Horse is the best club in eastern suburbs but that owes to not much competition. If the current big brother mentality lasts, there are a few of us that will be looking for other opitions.
