I went to Foxy early on...
I went to Foxy early on a Wednesday afternoon and the place was pretty much dead. There were two dancers and three customers, including me. Cover was $5, but I suspect that may have been artificially low due to there only being two dancers. It is BYOB, so there is no alcohol available. I was immediately met by a dancer who offered to get me a drink. She then sat with me after bringing me the drink. She was friendly and her hands wandered while we talked, and she let my hands wander, so it was an enjoyable time. She left to dance so I tipped her at the stage. I got a lot for my tip there, and when she returned she suggested a table dance. I agreed and the touching moved up a notch. After one song she suggested we move to the VIP where we could do more. I agreed and once there she got nude and did more than she could on the floor. The $20 per dance covered that, so I had a good time. No one looked into the VIP area while we were there. The VIP dances were as good as I have gotten anywhere in El Paso, but the dancers at the Red Parrot are prettier.
After we finished I asked her if the other dancer was as good as she was and gave as good a dances and she said yes. She also said that she liked to dance during the day as some of the dancers at night do not like her generous VIP dances. From this, I assume that her dances are not typical of what one can always get there, and that going during the day is best.
Foxy is a large place. There are places to sit and not be obvious. The VIP area is along one side of the club and very dark. The seating is staggered so that there is some privacy and it kind of reminded me of a maze. The cover is higher at night, and the drinks are high. It is next to several good motels, so if you are spending the night in El Paso, you can just book a room in a nice midrange motel and just walk across the parking lot for fun.
