It saddens me to do this, but it's time for me to just about put the final nail in the coffin for my career at Scores. The place just ain't what it used to be.

Got there around 9 o'clock on the night of a big Blackhawks playoff game. Valet is up to $6. Had a free pass, but still had to pay $3 for the Chicago "pole tax," as was outlined in a giant sign on the way in the door. OK, I get it, but it kind of gives you a downer before you even get in.

The quality of dancer here has gone downhill. This used to be a gown club. This used to be a club where girls with tattoos were rarer than girls without. Now, tattooed sleeves and skinny girls. The dancer population seems to be about half African-American now, which isn't necessarily a bad thing but is different than it used to be and isn't necessarily my taste. There were a couple decent looking girls in the bunch, but none seemed to give me the time of day.
