Had occasion to visit the Zona on a Saturday night. Visited HK, AB and Tropical. Tropical was my favorite of the three.

If you're looking for pure dancer quality, you're likely better served by visiting one of the other two spots. Tropical is a hole in the wall by comparison, filled with smoke and music too loud by about four notches.

The normal hazards of the Zona all apply: you'll be pestered for fichas, chips an other things you didn't order will magically show up at your table, etc. etc. (an especially annoying feature of this place: meseros will snap your picture and then ask for a tip, presumably to email it to you.)
