So my buddy and I found ourselves looking to get into a little trouble on Fremont St. at 4am. Passed by the iconic neon of Glitter Gulch and decided to give it a shot. We figured we're not ballers, and didn't want to take a cab to the bigger better clubs in Vegas. Place was pretty dead and near closing time, maybe about 5 girls. No cover, which was perfect for us, two drink minimum, 10 bucks a drink, yikes. Led to the empty stage by a very cute cocktail waitress. No sooner do I turn around to start shooting the shit do two ladies sidle up behind us with a hand on the back saying they'll show us around the club. Why the fuck not, it's my friends birthday, I'm getting him a lapdance, if he likes this girl then rad. I finally get a good look at the girls, his is a youngish short blonde with a little cushion, maybe a 5, and mine is definitely not the youngest horse in the stable. But whatever I'll "walk around" and dive on that grenade. Sat down, she was totally pushy for a dance, $100 ha! no way. Wrinkles that could rival Gandalf, but she did have a banging ass and I'm down for a gilf. Decided I'd take a single dance which was pretty lackluster. Headed back to the bar and finished my beer, friend is still getting a dance, kudos. Only one dancer left by the time I got back, lukewarm on stage as I'm sure everyone was ready to go home, but I ended up taking her into the curtained off section for a while. Pleasant, but nothing to write home about. That was the caliber of dance I expected out front, seriously nothing worthy of a curtain or the bouncer looming overhead. Ended up dropping $100 for not a whole lot of time in the end. My friend on the other hand was getting grinded upon from the minute we got there and ended up dropping less than I did. So YMMV I guess :/ I might try it again on a busier night with more girls around, but maybe next time we'll just go for the all out spectacle of one of the bigger clubs.
