According to one of the dancers that works there, whom I'd met at another club, the Frog is under new management, which management apparently fired all the old dancers and staff and hired all new ones. "All" is definitely an overstatement, as there were a couple of dancers there that I remember from my previous visits.

As for how different it is now, well, the music was louder and more modern than the last time I was there, and the doorman was a bigger dick. However, since all of my other visits to this club have been before he was on duty, and my only interaction with him was noticing his demeanor with other patrons as they came in, that could just be me. They also now scan driver licenses, so if that bothers you, you might want to consider another club.

The good news is that the dancers' attitudes haven't changed; they still sit and talk for a couple of minutes, even after I've made clear than my dance card will shortly be filled by someone else. Only one dancer was more pushy than I would have preferred, and even though it was obviously a rote escalating sales pitch as my "no, thank you" responses piled up, she was polite about it, and didn't cop any kind of attitude when she left. None of the drink hustle that goes on over on the other side of the river, either, and little of the *overt* hustle overall. It's still there, but they're more subtle and polite about it.
